“I pride myself on always doing what’s best for my customers,” Chuck said. “We keep up with new insurance industry products and happenings – anything that would benefit our customers.”

The five staff members are licensed, experienced and honorable. Chuck holds the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation, and Debbie is licensed to sell property/casualty and life insurance. Universal Insurance has received a number of awards from Erie Insurance over the years, including the Founders’ Award.

The agency makes its local community a priority as well. It sponsors local schools and contributes to Chuck and Debra’s church community. The agency also donates to both the local food bank and the APL, along with some national charities and fundraisers.
